3. Services
We provide immigration consultation, Canada PR, Australia PR and Work Visa guidance. We do not issue visas or make immigration decisions.
4. No Guarantee
Visa approval, permanent residency approval, processing time and immigration decisions are solely determined by the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee approval.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, truthful and accurate information and documents. Delays or refusals caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information are the client’s responsibility.
6. Fees & Payments
Professional fees are communicated before work begins. Government fees, embassy charges, biometrics, medicals, courier charges and third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund Policy
If a visa application is refused solely due to an error, negligence or failure on the part of Skyline Immigration Xpert Pvt. Ltd., the client may be eligible for a 100% refund of the applicable professional service fee after internal review. No refund is available where refusal results from medical inadmissibility, police clearance issues, false or incomplete information, client delay, changes in immigration law or decisions of immigration authorities. Government and third-party fees are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content created by Skyline Immigration Xpert Pvt. Ltd. may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from immigration decisions or third-party actions.
11. Privacy
Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including government actions, natural disasters, pandemics or technical failures.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
