Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to Skyline Immigration Xpert Pvt. Ltd. for immigration consultation and related professional services.
2. Professional Service Fees
All fees paid are for professional consultation, documentation support and immigration guidance unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Refund Eligibility
A client may be eligible for a 100% refund of the applicable professional service fee only if a visa application is refused solely due to an error, negligence or failure on the part of Skyline Immigration Xpert Pvt. Ltd., subject to internal review and verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if the refusal or delay is caused by: medical inadmissibility; police clearance issues; false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client; failure to provide required documents on time; changes in immigration laws or policies; decisions made by immigration authorities; failure to attend interviews, biometric appointments or medical examinations; withdrawal of the application by the client after work has commenced.
5. Government & Third-Party Fees
Government application fees, embassy fees, biometric charges, medical examination fees, courier charges and any third-party payments are non-refundable under all circumstances unless refunded by the respective authority.
6. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation before work begins. If no work has been initiated, the company may consider the request at its sole discretion. Once services have commenced, cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
7. Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to discontinue services where a client provides misleading information, submits fraudulent documents, behaves abusively, fails to cooperate, or breaches the service agreement. Any refund in such cases shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source or by bank transfer within 30 business days after approval. Supporting documentation may be requested before processing.
9. Processing Time
Refund review timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the availability of supporting records.
